Lead the design, deployment, migration, and optimization of complex SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching solutions for strategic customers.
Serve as the focal point for technical issues, including product/software vulnerabilities, escalations, and case resolution in partnership with TAC.
Engage in customer solution discussions — connecting proposed solutions to business priorities.
Create customer-facing documentation, migration plans, and implementation plans aligned to CX standards; build complex test environments to validate designs.
Leverage Cisco AI and automation tools to drive delivery efficiency, contribute reusable intellectual capital, and mentor early-career engineers on the team.

Bachelor's + 5 years, Master's + 3 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Active CCNP certification (Enterprise track preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Cisco enterprise networks (Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, or SD-Access or Nexus DC).
Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: Cisco SD-Access or Cisco SD-WAN/Meraki or Nexus Data Centre Technology.
Working knowledge of automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs).
