Manage independently a portfolio of micro-enterprises (TPE), SMEs and corporate groups
Handle annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of accounts)
Carry out all exceptional transactions such as company formations, various amendments, capital transactions, dissolution and liquidation, and universal transfer of assets (TUP)
Draft all types of leases and common agreements
Address all legal issues and provide advice on corporate law, business law and taxation
Conduct any legal research necessary to complete assignments
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent (DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
Must have at least 3 years' experience in corporate/business law, wholly or partly in an accounting firm or a law firm
Able to work independently on routine and exceptional transactions
