- Experience in a similar role in an accounting firm
- Ability to independently manage a client portfolio
- Knowledge of accounting control methods and procedures
- Team player
- Family-run, people-focused and ambitious firm
- Curious, organized and methodical
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal qualities
- Interest in digital technologies
