Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of Windows systems and applications within HQ USINDOPACOM networks
Manage over 150 servers across various security levels
Patching, monitoring, log analysis, and collaboration with developers to enhance workflows
Maintain, update, and secure Windows systems and applications
Support critical HQ USINDOPACOM systems
Ensure compliance with DoD and USINDOPACOM security standards
Analyze processes and systems for improvements and automation
Utilize SPLUNK and WhatsUp-Gold for log analysis and asset monitoring
Manage patching and DoD PKI certificates
Administer Intune and Ivanti for patching, configuration, and security
Configure systems within the USINDOPACOM Endpoint Security Solutions architecture
Create and maintain custom scripts
Manage Windows Active Directory environments and provide status reports
Implement backup and restore procedures
Test and execute Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation
Offer after-hours and weekend support as needed
Provide Monthly Status Reports.
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience managing and supporting Windows Active Directory (2016 on later)
Experience managing and securing Windows Servers (2016 or later) and Workstations (Windows 11 or later)
IAW DoD 8140.03-M, must meet the Intermediate Proficiency Level qualifications
IAT-II (or higher) Certification
Experience securing systems and applications in accordance with Federal, DoD and HQ USINDOPACOM regulations, directives, policies, and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
