Support development and implementation of comprehensive market access strategies tailored to launching Specialty care product, diverse international markets and partner regions, aligned with corporate objectives
Collaborate to secure pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion for new and existing products
Support the development of HEOR evidence, real-world data (RWD), and global/local value dossiers
Build and maintain compliant relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate access
Partner with global and local Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams to synchronize market access initiatives
Monitor policy developments and trends across international and partner regions; proactively identify risks and opportunities
Track, analyse, and report on access performance, milestones and competitive intelligence across assigned regions
Requirements
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred)
7+ years in market access and reimbursement within international region role, focusing on GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, Cardiovascular and rare disease market access
Proven track record in international launch planning and execution, including access strategy development with payers and policy makers networks for both niche and large populations markets
Effective track record working in matrixed, multicultural teams across different regions
Good understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and both public and private payers’ environment
Fluent English; additional languages desirable.
