About this role

Coordinate and implement activities for application configuration and user training
Provide essential applications consultation and workflow expertise
Assist with project teams to configure clinical workflows
Develop and execute training programs for clinical users
Resolve defects related to clinical UI and workflows
Document workflows and facilitate handover to service support
Participate in developing new solutions and product functionalities

Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of relevant experience or vocational education + 4+ years of relevant experience (clinical degree preferred)
Experience in a radiology department
Good understanding of radiology workflows
Experience with RIS and PACS
Radiographer license or PACS administrator experience (preferred)
Proficient with MS Office Products
Experience with application training and/or consulting
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Motivated team player with great interpersonal skills
Driving license with flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time)
Flexibility to travel to additional locations across Europe as required
