Role Overview
- Represent Clinical on the Global Medicine Team
- Lead the cross-functional Clinical Development Team
- Create and gain endorsement for the Clinical Development Plan
- Provide regulatory submissions support
- Engage key external stakeholders for insight generation
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards
- Review and approve submission level safety narrative plan
Requirements
- PhD/PharmD
- 8+ years of relevant experience in chronic weight management, endocrinology or internal medicine
- Experience in Phase 1-3 clinical development and translational medicine
- Extensive knowledge of clinical development, global and regional regulation, ICH/GCP
- Demonstrated clinical/medical and project management capabilities
- Experience managing and training large teams in clinical development
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
