About this role
Role Overview
Work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ).
Support the company’s structured growth through effective hiring.
Be part of the People & Management team.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the company’s vacancies.
Perform resume screening and active sourcing (hunting) on digital platforms.
Conduct structured competency-based interviews.
Align job profiles with internal hiring managers.
Manage the candidate pipeline in the Quickin platform.
Provide clear and timely feedback to candidates.
Contribute to continuous improvements in the selection process.
Requirements
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (internship or junior level), in any sector.
Experience with online interviews and resume screening.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Quickin or similar).
Organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Availability to work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ).
Previous experience in a recruitment & selection (R&S) consultancy or startups (a plus).
Familiarity with recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel, etc.) (a plus).
Knowledge of hunting techniques and active sourcing approaches (a plus).
