Architect, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) environments to ensure high availability, load balancing, and optimal performance
Troubleshoot complex application traffic flows, SSL/TLS decryption, and HTTP/HTTPS traffic between clients and backend servers
Write and maintain iRules, profiles, and custom policies on BIG-IP devices to optimize application delivery
Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance of enterprise-wide network architectures spanning data centers and remote sites
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, and wireless environments using Cisco Catalyst Center for automated provisioning and network assurance
Perform deep-dive Cisco network troubleshooting, including packet captures, to resolve complex latency and connectivity issues
Conduct network security audits to identify gaps and recommend remediation solutions
Configure and install Cisco switches, deploy CAT6 network drops, and perform switch/patch panel cabling
Requirements
Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance (must be obtained prior to start date).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong proficiency in F5 BIG-IP load balancing, application traffic management, and fault isolation
Demonstrated expertise in Cisco routing and switching, with active hands-on experience in Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Firewalls
Exceptional ability to diagnose network anomalies, latency, and application bottlenecks across the OSI model using tools such as Wireshark
Ability to travel up to two weeks per month in support of customer requirements
