About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical and administrative direction in all aspects of maintenance.
- Ensure all Maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and requirements.
- Development and monitoring of Maintenance Department budgets.
- Maintain the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure Maintenance personnel are trained and supervised.
- Directing contractors on matters relating to plant maintenance.
Requirements
- Eight years related experience in the nuclear industry or equivalence.
- Four years of experience at an operational nuclear power plant.
- Experience in maintenance at the supervisory or management level.
- Problem solving expertise and techniques to address issues.
- It's preferred that you possess a Senior Reactor License OR a Senior Reactor License certification OR equivalent.
