Role Overview
Design, code, test, debug, and document for low to moderately complex projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Serve as the central point of contact for Line of Business and enterprise technology requests related to Observability
Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across CIOs, Platform Heads, Business Relationship Managers, and engineering leaders
Gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements from business and technology partners, then channel them to the right engineering teams for delivery
Drive cross-Line-of-Business initiatives by coordinating planning, prioritization, governance, and execution
Track and communicate delivery progress, roadmap updates, and service changes to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly way
Lead or support business reviews and reporting, including monthly or quarterly reviews, strategic updates, and accomplishment summaries
Support service adoption and go-to-market activities through enablement, product advocacy, onboarding materials, and usage/adoption communications
Define and report KPIs/OKRs, SLOs/SLIs, and consumption metrics to measure service performance, adoption, coverage, cost, and recovery
Act as a point of contact for audit, regulatory, resiliency, and availability topics tied to the service portfolio
Influence product direction and service roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback, operational insights, and business priorities into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, or JavaScript
2+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications or services
Experience developing or consuming APIs and working with system integrations
Experience working in Agile teams and participating in iterative software delivery practices
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and support production stability.
