Role Overview
- Join the team as an Oracle ARCS professional
- Implement, configure, and manage Oracle ARCS solutions
- Streamline account reconciliation processes
- Ensure financial accuracy across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support and drive System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technology Product life cycle management of SaaS solutions
- 5+ years of Oracle EPM – ARCS experience or comparable solutions experience
- Proficient in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation and management
- Finance Record To Report (R2R) experience, especially with Finance close process and reconciliations
- Comprehensive expertise in ARCS modules, especially in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching
- Strong implementation of design and development of various components
- Real-time project experience with Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Configuring and running automatch rules, worklist, Data Integration, Dashboards, and custom reports
- Data management skills to create data load rules, mappings, and loading of GL/Subledger data
- ARCS security setup and user management experience
- Ability to build effective partnerships with Business Owners and stakeholders
