Role Overview
- Responsible for organizing the logistics area and the ZRM
- Organize the different stages of logistics (receiving, delivery and shelving)
- Ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the store
- Handle and follow up on customer and supplier disputes/claims
- Secure and organize the pallet train and storage areas
- Participate in recruitment and train team members
- Ensure compliance with procedures and safety rules
Requirements
- Forklift license preferred
- Customer service orientation
- Responsiveness and proactive problem-solving
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
