Lead our Product Owner team and serve as the connective tissue between client needs, delivery execution, and team development
Manage and develop a small team of Product Owners
Carry a portion of billable work as a practicing PM/PO on active client engagements
Build and maintain the documentation, templates, job aids, and onboarding materials the team needs to operate consistently
Participate in the hiring process for future technical delivery roles and own the onboarding experience for new team members

6+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, delivery management, or a comparable role
Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context
Account health ownership
Web, Platform and SaaS delivery experience
A background that spans both PM and PO
Scoping and SOW experience
People leadership experience
Must have current US or Canada work authorization
