Configure and optimize Workday modules with expertise across Recruitment, Core HCM, Security, and other modules to meet evolving business requirements
Provide expert system support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and day-to-day maintenance of Workday functionality across multiple modules
Lead requirements gathering and translation with HR and business stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications
Manage data integrity and security across Workday, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and organizational policies
Conduct quality assurance and testing for new Workday features and enhancements, including test script creation and execution
Support system integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow
Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize adoption and effective use of Workday across the organization
Participate in Workday upgrades and maintenance including testing, validation, and optimization of system enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
Proficiency in Workday configuration across multiple modules (Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, or similar)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes including job requisitions, candidate management, and offer workflows
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Desirable Workday certification (Recruitment, Core HCM, or other modules)
Experience with additional Workday modules such as Talent Management, Performance Management, or Payroll
Familiarity with HRIS best practices and HR technology trends
Experience supporting production systems and managing organizational change
Experience with Workday integrations and advanced reporting capabilities
