Lead and manage the successful delivery and growth of existing client engagements.
Responsible for all facets of existing accounts to drive growth and ensure successful delivery of all client engagements.
Accountable for delivery quality, performance to budget and successful attainment of Customer business objectives / goals.
Own the revenue growth goals for existing accounts and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact.
Ensure the right team is identified, onboarded and successful in all engagements.
Work with other departments to ensure smooth and successful operations across the company as it pertains to delivery.

Minimum of 8-10 years' experience managing enterprise engagements.
15+ years IT industry experience with a minimum 10+ years of experience in services delivery organization
Experience at professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm
Experience working in eCommerce / Digital Services
Experience managing and growing a portfolio of business
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
