Support the planning and execution of local Ad Sales Marketing initiatives in Argentina
Assist in the coordination of timelines, deliverables, and logistics to ensure flawless execution
Assist in the creation and adaptation of sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, reports, newsletters, and case studies
Ensure materials are aligned with HBO Max and WBD brand narrative and regional guidelines
Support trade marketing efforts across key channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, PR, and website/landing pages
Assist in content coordination and publishing across platforms
Collaborate with local sales teams to understand market needs and support tailored initiatives
Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with LATAM priorities and consistency in messaging
Support tracking of marketing initiatives by helping define KPIs and monitoring results
Assist in building basic reports and dashboards to evaluate performance across the marketing funnel
Maintain calendars, trackers, and documentation for ongoing initiatives
Provide general analytical and operational support to the Ad Sales Marketing team as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, or digital marketing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Spanish and English
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Strong interest in the entertainment, media, and advertising industry.
