Administration Generalist

Role Overview

• Securely manage and synchronize complex calendars across multiple organizations
• Prioritize competing demands, high-visibility meetings, and mission deadlines
• Anticipate conflicts and proactively adjust priorities
• Help review and route official correspondence and taskers
• Manage sensitive and classified information with discretion
• Assist with the preparation of agendas, briefing books, read-ahead materials, and action-item trackers
• Coordinate protocol requirements and logistics
• Schedule domestic and international travel
• Prepare authorizations and vouchers in DTA
• Identify foreign travel requirements, country clearances, passports, and security documentation when applicable
• Track organizational initiatives and leadership priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
• 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
• 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
• 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
• 3 or more experience in a similar role within the Department of War
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Must possess an active Secret Clearance
