Provide administrative support to program director for scheduling and coordination activities.
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.
May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Requirements
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Coordinating and logistics experience for leadership and project teams.
Experience providing administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
Experience handling sensitive information and work with minimal oversight.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse internal and external groups.
