Partner with the Total Rewards team to deliver broad-based compensation support for the business, assisting senior team members with defined deliverables and timelines.
Conduct or support moderate benchmarking, analysis, and calculations, including participation in external compensation surveys and job matching activities as needed.
Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations to enable compensation decision-making and routine program administration.
Support the annual compensation review process, ensuring accurate inputs, validation, and smooth execution.
Apply working knowledge of compensation fundamentals to complete assignments and respond to routine inquiries, escalating more complex items appropriately.
Resolve a range compensation program issues using established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Collaborate with people partner, finance and business leaders and related teams to obtain, validate, and share compensation-related information as required.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in broad-based compensation, total rewards, HR, or rewards consulting.
Working knowledge of core compensation fundamentals, including salary structures, market pricing, compa-ratios, merit processes, and basic job matching.
Strong Excel skills, including analysis of large datasets and validation of compensation data (e.g., PivotTables, lookups, conditional logic).
High attention to detail, with strong standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and quality of documentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines during peak compensation cycles, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with a global team, demonstrating ownership and follow-through.
Experience supporting annual compensation cycles and/or compensation survey participation; exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus, but not required.
