Role Overview
- Define testing scope, strategy, and comprehensive test plans for projects
- Monitor test execution, troubleshoot issues, and utilize testing tools
- Lead testing initiatives for ERP Applications
- Ensure alignment of Workday processes with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with IT and vendors on system updates and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with HRIS or Workday
- Familiarity with Workday implementations or system optimization efforts
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Experience working with Kainos is a plus
- Optional certifications such as Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, or SHRM-CP/SCP
