Role Overview
Conducts complex analyses and business diagnostics using advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and multivariate analysis.
Designs and implements robust analytical solutions with direct impact on decision-making and organizational results.
Guides and supports less-senior analysts, promoting training, technical review, and dissemination of best practices.
Defines and validates performance indicators (KPIs) together with strategic areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ensures data quality, governance, and integrity, proposing continuous improvements to the processes and tools in use.
Leads prioritization of analytical requests, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to maximize value and efficiency.
Participates in strategic forums, contributing analytical insight for medium
and long-term decisions.
Serves as a technical reference, consulted on critical decisions and on the definition of analytical standards.
Requirements
Proficient in SQL for advanced data analysis and optimization.
Strong command of data visualization tools such as Power BI for building impactful dashboards.
Extensive experience in data modeling and performance tuning.
Experience delivering business intelligence training and knowledge sharing.
Ability to surface relevant questions from available data for follow-up analysis.
Leadership skills to drive BI initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
Strategic mindset to identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills.
Resilience and adaptability to tackle complex business challenges.
