Role Overview
- Conducting court hearings;
- Drafting defenses, appeals, and legal pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural steps;
- Updating internal and client case management systems;
- Conducting internal audits and audits requested by clients;
- Assisting with and supervising activities of the department's interns.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Active OAB registration (6–30 months);
- Experience in all phases of litigation/proceedings;
- Civil litigation experience preferred;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
