Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the clients that make up the contract management group, ensuring clear and strategic communication;
Monitor and support clients with their requests and needs, providing necessary guidance to internal teams;
Develop close relationships with the client portfolio, delivering a consultative, best-in-class experience;
Work proactively and decisively, anticipating client needs, risks and opportunities;
Prepare and present strategic reports, tracking KPIs, results and action plans;
Promote synergy between clients and internal departments, facilitating problem resolution and operational alignment;
Communicate strategic outcomes and support value generation for clients;
Identify commercial opportunities and support initiatives to expand and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, IT, Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, or related fields;
Experience in relationships with public sector organizations;
Experience in Customer Success and Customer Experience;
Knowledge of methodologies and ITIL;
Knowledge and experience with AI;
Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off)
