Plan and monitor the evolution of infrastructure support processes for Cloud and SaaS services.
Define, deploy and monitor the performance of public clouds, applications and AWS services, developing and applying capabilities and security methods and techniques such as penetration testing and vulnerability monitoring (AAS – attacks against cloud-native applications and privileged access systems in AWS S3 and Azure Cloud), in accordance with information security standards and culture.

Technically lead crisis response, support RCAs (root cause analyses), address recurring issues, propose improvements, perform health checks, maintain runbooks, implement automations and stabilization plans.
