Map, review and standardize corporate processes, proposing improvements and defining performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor application and compliance with the Lei do Bem within the company: support identification of eligible projects, document control, internal audits and preparation of information for accounting/consulting.
Support project and PDSA teams in implementing methodologies (PDCA/PDSA), defining scope, schedules, metrics and progress reports.
Create and maintain templates, flowcharts, tracking forms and dashboards for continuous monitoring.
Deliver trainings and alignments for teams on processes, governance and Lei do Bem requirements.
Support risk analysis, internal controls and continuous improvement of innovation and development processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, commercial, finance) to ensure integration between processes and strategic objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Technology or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in corporate processes, project management or continuous improvement (mid-level).
Practical knowledge of the Lei do Bem (Brazil's tax incentive for innovation) and experience operationalizing it is an important differential.
Experience with PDSA/PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Skills in process mapping (BPMN or similar) and creating technical documentation.
Analytical capacity, attention to detail, clear communication and ability to work with multiple areas.
