SEO: Own Learnosity's organic search strategy
working with SEO consultant to execute across keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content briefing, with a sharp focus on qualified inbound traffic and pipeline contribution.
Paid Media: Manage our paid media agency across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, setting strategy, reviewing performance, and holding them accountable to CPL and SQL targets.
CRO & Website: Own the website as a conversion asset
landing page performance, A/B testing, UX improvements, and on-site analytics.
Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that connect digital activity to pipeline metrics; bring actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
Line Management: Manage and develop our Digital Marketing Executive.

Proven, hands-on AEO and/or GEO experience
you've actually done this, not just watched it from afar
Strong SEO fundamentals: technical, on-page, and content-led
Experience managing paid media agencies or running Google/LinkedIn Ads campaigns yourself
CRO experience and comfort with website analytics (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs or similar)
5+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
not as a novelty, but as standard practice
Excellent communicator
comfortable presenting data and recommendations to senior stakeholders
