Lead packaging projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with product development, marketing, manufacturing, quality and B2B teams.
Collaborate with global manufacturers to source cost-effective materials, brief them on requirements, and evaluate technical drawings.
Order and rigorously test physical prototypes with actual products to validate functionality, structural integrity, and unboxing experience.
Manage relationships with packaging vendors, overseeing production timelines, costs, and final quality control of manufacturing samples.

3+ years of experience in packaging development, project management, or a related field within consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing industries.
Understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and supply chain operations.
Experience managing packaging suppliers, technical specs, and coordinating production timelines.
Ability to balance creativity, functionality, cost-efficiency, and scalability in packaging solutions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, ownership-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Fluency in English.
