Own weekly and monthly revenue reporting, including KPI tracking and performance analysis.
Develop and enhance financial dashboards and operational reporting tools.
Analyze trends in revenue, reimbursement, accounts receivable, customer acquisitions, and provider productivity to identify actionable insights.
Support the monthly close process and partner with accounting on revenue-related analyses.
Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility and support decision-making.
Lead ad hoc analyses related to growth initiatives, new markets, and strategic projects.
Support investor reporting and fund raising efforts.
Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop scenario analyses and financial models to evaluate operational and strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance scalability across finance and reporting functions.
Provide leadership with data-driven insights that support sustainable growth across the organization.
Help build scalable finance processes and reporting infrastructure to support continued expansion.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Experience working with large, complex data sets.
Ability to manage projects and processes with limited oversight.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Highly independent, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to balance speed and quality.
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
