About this role
Role Overview
Set and execute the global strategy and roadmap for HR enterprise applications, (including: WorkDay, CSOD, AON, Alight, Fidelity, etc.) ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR transformation objectives.
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of HR systems (e.g., core HCM, talent management, recruiting, learning, Global Health Services, Total Rewards, Compensation and workforce analytics).
Serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, translating functional needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.
Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and system integrators, ensuring performance, cost effectiveness, and value realization.
Ensure HR applications meet data privacy, security, regulatory, and audit requirements across geographies.
Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing global team of IT and HR technology professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance HR capabilities.
Partner with enterprise architecture and other IT leaders to ensure integration, reliability, and scalability of HR platforms.
Partner closely with HR and communications to ensure accurate and timely system/process changes and impact are provided to executive leadership and the end-user population.
Continuously evaluate the technology ecosystem for potential system upgrades, changes and retirements.
Requirements
12-14 years of progressive experience in IT or enterprise applications leadership, with significant focus on HR applications at a global scale.
Proven experience leading large, complex HR technology portfolios in a matrixed, global organization.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including HCM, talent management, and learning platforms.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business and HR leaders to deliver strategic outcomes.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners for enterprise‑scale solutions.
Strong leadership, communication, and change‑management capabilities.
Other: Language: English (fluent). Additional languages are a plus.
