Process and manage underwriting assignments accurately and within established turnaround standards
Coordinate closely with underwriting teams, on-shore and off-shore support functions, and cross-functional partners including Products, Finance, and Claims
Support international placement needs for Regions outside North America requiring local coverage
Communicate professionally with Underwriters and Brokers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
Conduct preliminary deal analysis and prepare account data for review by Underwriters and Client Managers
Review and interpret complex source documents from external customers
Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, system improvements, and process change testing and piloting
Generate and verify predefined business reports
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or International Programs
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow structured operational processes, procedures, and controls
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
