About this role
Role Overview
- Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market
- Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services
- Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources
- Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources
- Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Requirements
- Min Experience: 6 years
- Expertise in IT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation
- Skills in Data Engineering, Sales, Pre-sales
- Good-to-have skills: Databricks, New business acquisition, Hunter mindset
