Participate actively in the creation and evolution of venue concepts for both new and existing entertainment and hospitality spaces from scalable concepts to bespoke ones
Help translate brand identity, storytelling, business opportunities and operational needs into immersive 3D spatial experiences
Develop compelling 3D concepts and renderings that accurately communicate design intent
Materialize concepts into thoughtful interior environments with a strong understanding of atmosphere, lighting and moods, scale, materiality, and guest experience (fans and artists)
Support the design and visualization of branded environments, including hospitality spaces, clubs, lounges, VIP environments, food & beverage concepts, and large entertainment venues
Produce high-quality renderings, presentations, and visual assets
Requirements
7–12 years of experience in 3D visualization, experiential design, hospitality design, branded environments, entertainment design, interior architecture, or concept development
Undergraduate or Post Graduate Degree in Design or Architecture preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven and realistic environments, visual sophistication, and a refined sense of atmosphere and materiality
Experience working on 3D visualization of hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, retail, or branded interior projects
Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, Autocad, or similar
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong post-production skills
Strong rendering and AI visualization capabilities
