Role Overview
- Plan, promote, and optimize special events for fundraising outcomes
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and analyze trends
- Lead end-to-end event logistics and manage vendor relationships
- Evaluate event performance through data analysis and provide reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with divisional leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Completion of a diploma in events management or an alternative level of education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in special events and special event marketing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Must have a full driver’s license and be able to travel throughout Ontario as needed
