As part of the SafeNow solution, we provide our customers with precise positioning both indoors and outdoors.
You are primarily responsible for indoor positioning within the company and serve as the operational point of contact for all relevant components such as beacons, access points and other hardware.
Based on floor plans and on-site inspections, you develop well-thought-out coverage and installation concepts to ensure reliable positioning.
You implement installations yourself or manage our technical partners and ensure that systems are stable, accurate and reliable in the end.
You identify optimization potentials and develop pragmatic solutions to make our installation, training and partner processes more efficient and scalable.
You develop into an expert in our installation technology and pass on your knowledge in a structured way.
You are the central point of contact for our implementation partners, build long-term relationships and coordinate their deployment for installations worldwide.
You assess new projects in terms of hardware requirements as well as installation and time effort, thereby creating a reliable basis for proposals.
You are regularly on-site with customers, represent SafeNow professionally and ensure installations are implemented smoothly.
You ensure that all installations are well documented and that knowledge is available and usable internally.
Requirements
Technical background: vocational training, degree or master craftsman qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, building services engineering or a comparable field.
Experience with radio and network technologies: You have hands-on experience with WiFi, BLE or comparable technologies, ideally in planning and implementation.
Hands-on mentality with ownership: You take responsibility, enjoy working operationally and drive topics forward independently.
Experience working with partners: You present yourself confidently and can professionally manage and coordinate external partners.
Willingness to travel (30–80%) & organized back-office working style: You are regularly on-site with customers and projects and at the same time create the necessary structure in the back office to reliably ensure planning, documentation and coordination.
Ideally based in the Munich area.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (advantage): You are used to working in a dynamic environment with few predefined structures and to building and driving topics forward independently.
Structured and quality-oriented working style: You work in an organized manner, think in clear processes and have a high standard for quality.
Very good German and English skills: You communicate confidently with internal teams, partners and customers.
