Role Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including 70+ cold calls daily.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target B2B companies.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on client criteria.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and sales teams.
- Manage and maintain CRM records with accurate prospect information and activity tracking.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach efforts when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or SDR experience.
- Proven experience handling high outbound call volumes (70+ calls per day).
- Strong cold calling, objection handling, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable.
