Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements — scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Partner with clients and internal leads to define goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting cadences that keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Run scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) and keep design/engineering teams operating smoothly
Manage scope changes, surface trade-offs early, and lead difficult conversations with clients when timelines or priorities shift
Identify and mitigate delivery risks before they become blockers
Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams and resource allocation across the team
Track project health metrics (margin, utilization, velocity, on-time delivery) and report to leadership
Report directly to Head of Product.

Requirements
5+ years managing software, design, or digital product projects — ideally in an agency or consultancy setting
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements on time and on budget
Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations, navigate conflict, and build long-term trust
Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical audiences
Skilled at managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
Deep experience with Agile/Scrum and adaptable to hybrid waterfall when projects call for it
Strong understanding of design and development workflows and what good handoff looks like between disciplines
Proficiency with Linear (what we use) or Jira, plus comfort in tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus but not required
Calm under pressure and energized by ambiguity
