Provide direct contracts support for multiple government, airframe, and commercial contracts across varying types
Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and disposition commercial terms and conditions
Lead contract activities from solicitation review and proposal strategy through audit support, negotiation, operations/change management, claims/disputes administration, and closeout
Lead functional teams and special projects and advise functional and business leadership with sound recommendations
Apply high levels of judgment to resolve complex issues and drive solutions
Support a culture of compliance, quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution
Solid domain expertise in commercial terms and conditions and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel periodically
