Senior Staff Technical Product Manager

Role Overview

• Own product strategy and the Legal Technology roadmap
• Lead cross-functional execution (strategy-to-delivery)
• Run structured discovery and VOC
• Build and run the delivery operating system
• Lead prioritization across intake, enhancements, incidents, remediation, and strategic work
• Define product and platform requirements and influence solution design
• Partner with architects and security/privacy leaders
• Align Legal leadership and technology stakeholders
• Define KPIs and dashboards
• Evaluate tools, lead implementation planning, manage vendor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 6 years of professional experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
• Significant experience in technical product management for enterprise platforms, workflow tools, or regulated domains
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery
• Strong requirements writing skills; comfortable partnering with engineers/architects on solution design
• Experience operating in environments with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
