Own product strategy and the Legal Technology roadmap
Lead cross-functional execution (strategy-to-delivery)
Run structured discovery and VOC
Build and run the delivery operating system
Lead prioritization across intake, enhancements, incidents, remediation, and strategic work
Define product and platform requirements and influence solution design
Partner with architects and security/privacy leaders
Align Legal leadership and technology stakeholders
Define KPIs and dashboards
Evaluate tools, lead implementation planning, manage vendor performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 6 years of professional experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
Significant experience in technical product management for enterprise platforms, workflow tools, or regulated domains
Demonstrated ability to build and execute roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery
Strong requirements writing skills; comfortable partnering with engineers/architects on solution design
Experience operating in environments with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
