Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for IT and CISO teams
Perform detailed variance analysis, communicating results to leaders in both Finance and the business units
Partner with leadership and teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for investments and roadmaps
Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting
Identify and implement process improvements that support our teams' operational effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/ CPA preferred
4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment
Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau a plus
