Lead and develop a high-performing team of Therapeutic Strategy Leads through coaching, career development, and performance management
Develop the therapeutic go to market strategy in conjunction with the Therapeutic Area Leads
Work in collaboration with the Business Insights and Analysis team lead to generate market data, CAGRs, therapeutic modalities
Serve as a senior advisor for corporate and cross-functional initiatives
Work in conjunction with the North America and European Commercial managers to develop appropriate sales targets
Collaborate with medical and clinical professionals to ensure therapeutic intent and current disease management strategies are reflected

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, MD) preferred
Minimum of 15 years of global clinical research experience, including operational delivery and/or drug development
Proven track record in clinical trial delivery or drug development
Strong decision-making skills with limited information
Global and regional knowledge of the biopharma industry and clinical trial delivery
Robust understanding of scientific, regulatory, and commercial landscapes
Expertise in GCP and ICH guidelines
Proficiency in technology and research tools
