Identify recurring issues within accounts and develop strategies for long-term solutions.
Act as a key liaison between internal Perk teams and the Account Management team to ensure smooth product roll-outs.
Prioritise your time effectively to maximise impact in key business areas.

Native Spanish Speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous account management or customer-facing role experience.
Experience in SaaS or travel-tech is highly preferred.
Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
Results-oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights for your clients.
