Processing of tenders and preparation of offers for the introduction of Jeeves ERP together with Sales/Presales and Solution Architects
Collaboration with and supporting stakeholders (incl. CAM and Partners) in the development and presentation of the solution design during the sales phase of ERP project and/or Services deliveries
Holistic view of the customer's task for service from the complete Forterro portfolio
Living "two-in-a-box" partnership of services and sales/presales to reduce project risks
Creation of the functional and IT-side target application architecture in the context of sales activities for NSS and IBS interested parties
Development of holistic implementation concepts, project plans and effort estimates as the basis for service offerings
Clearly addressing project risks while at the same time working closely with sales/presales, solution architects, PMO, project managers and customer success services consultant (CSS) to find solutions with the aim of closing the sale
Creation of the SOW (State of Work) (including Flex Services) in the lead with the support of the sales and services organization with the aim of consistent and deliverable service contracts
Ensuring a smooth transition from the sales to the project phase
Management and development of strategic partner relationships
Requirements
At least 10 years of professional experience as a Jeeves ERP Lead or Presales Consultant, Project Manager, Solution Architect or as a Jeeves ERP Application Owner on the customer side
Strong communication skills, a high level of customer orientation and a structured solution-oriented way of working
At the same time, strong sales and services orientation as a balance between the need to conclude a contract vs. risk minimization
