You will lead identity governance projects for large enterprise clients
You will actively contribute to building our expertise offering
Gather, analyze and formalize business requirements related to identity, access and governance
Define target processes (identity lifecycle, role matrix, rights management, approval workflows...)
Support technical teams in the functional implementation of solutions such as SailPoint or Memority
Install identity platforms and configure solutions to meet specifications
Install, configure and parameterize IAM platforms (SailPoint, Memority, or equivalents)
Adapt solutions to functional specifications and security requirements
Ensure integration with the existing IT ecosystem
Facilitate client workshops and lead change management around new IAM processes
Monitor IAM market developments (IGA, PAM, ZTNA, CIEM, etc.)
Identify and propose opportunities to optimize and automate processes

Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education
Good level of English
Initial experience integrating IAM projects or working as a functional consultant; certification on Saviynt, Memority, EntraID, Ping Identity is a plus
Knowledge of identity management challenges, role models, rights management and workflows
Strong interpersonal skills: good communication and teaching/pedagogical abilities
