Overseeing the implementation and execution of home visits as outlined in the clinical trial protocol
Collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure the successful operation of participant home visits
Developing study-specific plans, training materials, and timelines for each assigned project
Meeting with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks, and mitigation planning
Evaluating healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to decide on project involvement
Participating in ongoing training for recertifications and on new regulations
Representing the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as per the business requirements
Mentoring, guiding, and supporting junior team members
Participating in process improvement initiatives
Ensuring remote study activities conducted by HCPs comply with local regulations and laws
Acting as client and project team contact for questions, concerns, and escalations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective leadership and team building skills
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in team environment, as well as work independently with little guidance
Solid client building and 3rd party relationship management
Ability to provide customer service with the highest standards of quality and excellence
Ability to multi-task as necessary
