Role Overview
- Carry out billing, collection and customer service tasks, helping monitor revenues and maintain positive cashflow.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers, compliance with billing procedures.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances, collection, and dunning processes.
- Support commercial, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and finance teams as needed.
- Check the data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of invoices.
- Generate timely invoices for various revenue streams and send to customers.
- Manage the collections process for entities and customers in scope to ensure timely payments.
Requirements
- A background or strong interest in transactional accounting, billing, and or collections – candidates from AR or AP backgrounds are welcome.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of invoice and collection practices.
- Flexible and able to follow up different projects in parallel.
- Good Excel skills (Pivot tables and V-lookup formulae).
- Willingness to work with constantly developing systems and innovative mindset to help us to improve our automations.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
