Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area dedicated to our global product and industry certification efforts.
Own and implement the roadmap to maintain, expand, and add new scopes for compliance and regulatory requirements across the business.
Lead the team overseeing U.S. Public Sector certifications (FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, FIPS 140-3) and various other regulatory programs (IPv6, Common Criteria, VPAT, OpenSSL, TEC India, Canada CCCS, China MPS, EU CRA, and more).
Evaluate total cost of ownership and justify investments to the finance team by tying certification costs back to expected revenue gains.
Responsible for significant business process improvements and continual improvement in organizational effectiveness.

Requires demonstration of effective risk mitigation and sound decision-making.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field with 12 years of experience managing projects/programs; or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience.
Requires progressive, proven industry and management experience.
Requires a thorough knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and demonstrated expertise in navigating certifications, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
