Role Overview
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity needs
- Craft tailored solutions and present product demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and channel partners
- Lead technical discussions, live demonstrations, and product presentations
- Develop tailored proposals and conduct technical workshops
- Perform detailed assessments of clients' existing security infrastructures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders
- Represent Trellix at industry and partner events
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging cyber threats
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role within the cybersecurity or IT security field
- Strong understanding of core cybersecurity concepts, including EDR, XDR, network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and DLP
- Hands-on experience with at least two or more security technologies such as EDR, XDR, NDR, or DLP
- Familiarity with key regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the EU
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successfully influencing technical sales processes
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications are a plus
- Previous experience with enterprise security technologies is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cybersecurity trends such as cloud security and OT security is beneficial
- Fluent in both Italian and English is essential.
