Role Overview
- Responsible for day to day operations, practice development, and evaluating staff job performance
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to coordinate patient care delivery
- Assumes responsibility for the plan of care and decision making
- Coordinates and supervises all nursing staff in assigned clinical patient care units/departments
Requirements
- Graduate of a state approved or accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum of five years of accumulated in-patient nursing experience
- Two years leadership experience
