Content Analyst

Role Overview

• Responsible for the maintenance of Equity/Derivatives Content from several sources
• Supervise and validate the data and raise suspects on a proactive manner
• Perform data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output
• Participate in the development of new business proposals
• Demonstrate specific market / language skills to deliver on customer / business requirements
• Timely work on client cases by fixing data integrity and missing data
• Process data accurately and timely using knowledge of tools and financial markets
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for sourcing and collection of data
• Report process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both simplified and traditional
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with high degree of ownership
• Ability to meet strict weekly timeliness and quality standards
• Ability to multi-task and be results driven.
